Ahh I love it when a standard thread sinks past being on page one. It shows that people are too lazy to search.

There is a standard thread that's been going on for over a year now along the lines of "what did you get from the CoW". Go QQ there.

Yes, GW random generator sucks and should be fixed.

Getting 3 armbraces in a row is just stupid, you should at least get an elixir or two.

That's the problem here - someone gets 3 elixirs, other gets 3 armbraces. Yet one will consider themselves lucky, and other unlucky.

Whenever I hear the word 'random' used in context with computers, I laugh to myself.

The OP took a gamble and got unlucky. Would s/he make a whine thread at a Lottery's forums because they bought five tickets and only got £1 instead of the several-million pound jackpot? Probably not. Sounds like the guy just wants to whine to other people.

Random generators: can't fix what isn't broke.
